Enclave Co. was founded on a simple belief: homeownership shouldn't be complicated, reactive, or transactional. We started because we watched successful people hand their homes over to a revolving door of contractors—no one looking at the whole picture, no one accountable.

We decided to build what we would want: a single trusted partner.

Who We Are

Our co-founder, Bryan Lee, is a Master Electrician and general contractor who kept hearing two questions from clients: "Do you know a guy?" and "Can you handle this?" The real problem: homeowners had no trusted professional network.

Our co-founder, Ryan Waddill, a licensed contractor and home builder, was hearing a parallel frustration—clients shocked by preventable major costs.

We built Enclave Co. to solve both problems: be the network clients need, and catch issues before they become crises. Together, we know homes. We know what fails, when it fails, and how to keep it from failing in the first place.
